What is the Nutrition Score Card?

The Nutrition Score Card is a list of nutrients, their function, the recommended dietary allowance, food sources of these nutrients and the amount provided by DuetDHA. DuetDHA provides vitamins, minerals and enteric-coated omega-3 fatty acids (DHA & EPA), designed to help meet pregnancy RDAs (Recommended Dietary Allowance).

2. Print your copy of the Nutrition Score Card
   
   
3. Hang your Score Card on or nearby your refrigerator as a resource to monitor the dietary nutritional intake of you and your baby.

As with any prescription-strength product containing folic acid, omega-3 fatty acids, iron, or vitamins D and E, please adhere carefully to the recommended dosages. Folic acid may obscure the diagnosis of pernicious anemia. Supplementation with omega-3 fatty acids should be avoided in patients with inherited or acquired bleeding diatheses, including those taking anticoagulants.
